Hello! I thought it time to pop in and inform anyone still interested in this story/game that yes it is still being worked on. Aeterno is not abandoned! When I posted the prologue 2 years ago (yikes) I expected to keep writing and updating -- obviously that didn't occur. There have been personal ups and downs over the years since, and I've finally been able to get back to Aeterno with an earnest interest and outline.

As long as this year continues to allow me time and energy, I plan to have the demo completed by December 2025 and either released in the same month or the following January. The current prologue, what's available to read on Itch, will be rewritten by the time of full release.

In the meantime, I'm still semi-active on Tumblr where there's a better chance of progress updates, polls, and questions answered: aeterno-if.tumblr.com
